If you believe your item is defective or not functioning properly upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized. A tracking number must be provided for all returns, as Embodee'd Beauty Academy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be defective or not in working order, a replacement will be processed, as applicable.
