Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy
Inventory & Delivery Times: All orders are subject to product availability. While many items ship promptly, certain products may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not currently in inventory, estimated delivery time may be 3–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return Policy/Shipping: Due to the specialized nature of our professional equipment and supply kits, all sales are considered final unless the item is received defective, damaged, or is not in proper working order. If you believe your item is defective or not functioning properly upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized. A tracking number must be provided for all returns, as Embodee'd Beauty Academy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be defective or not in working order, a repair or replacement will be processed, as applicable.
